* Experience in managing Outsourced Vendors.
* Ability to recruit new agencies.
* Ability in managing agencies, hiring of Field executives.
* Motivating team member to ensure retention and meeting of set targets.

* Candidate must possess at least a X Standard, XII Standard, Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Master of Art , Master of Commerce , Master of Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Commerce, Science & Technology, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
