Eligibility : Those interested to apply for clerk jobs in United bank of India ,
* Should have age of 18 - 28 years as on 1.07.2010
* Must have passed 10+2 with 60% marks OR Degree in any discipline, as on 1.7.2010
* Be able to read/write/speak the official language of the state applied.
* Computer course certificate from any recognized institute is necessary.
Selection : The process for UBI clerk recruitment is through Written test & Interview. The Written test will have Objective test (Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, English & Clerical aptitude) & Descriptive test.Candidates have to qualify in each objective paper by securing the cut-off marks fixed by the bank.
For each wrong answer in objective test, there would be negative mark & shortlisted candidates from the test will be called for Interview. The clerk exam pattern will be analyzed in detail & posted here at www.bankexamsindia.com in the coming days.
Application : Candidates have to pay fees of Rs.50 (SC/ST) & Rs.200 (Gen/OBC) at any United bank of India branches using the cash receipt given at the website before 21.09.2010. You will then have to apply online through their website by entering the payment/ educational & personal info.It is necessary to preserve the payment receipt & printout of the application for reference.
