Job Responsibilities
Monitoring & Managing ATM Uptime.
ATM visibility enhancement and profitability management.
Monitoring the compliance with Service Level Agreements by IADs/MSPs.
ATM related – Dispute resolution.
Supervision and coordination of ATM Cash replenishment activities.
End of Day (EOD) report verification.
Surprise verification of cash in ATMs and Service Providers Vaults.
Accounting of ATM deposits ( Cash/Cheque ) – for credit to customers accounts as well as Utility Bill Collections.
Captured Cards Management.
Coordinating with Call Centre for query resolution.
Record management and other administrative activities.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Graduate degree in any discipline from a reputed University.
Candidate must have at least 2 yrs of experience in transactional banking or in the related field.
Knowledge of ATM processes will be added advantage.
Candidate will need to have excellent comminication skills and will need to liase with the branches, other bank departments and Vendors.
Candidate should be open to travel to the various ATM locations for audits and scrutiny.
