Recruitment of Scientist & Professors in Indian Statistical Institute(ISI) 2011

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for recruitment to the following posts in the Indian Statistical Insitute(ISI), at Kolkata/Delhi/Bangalore:

Visiting Scientists:

Qualification: Ph.D degree in any of the relevant subjects.

Pay: Rs.30000-40000 per month plus HRA

Professor:

Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.10500/-

Associate Professor:

Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.9500/-

Assistant Professor:

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 AGP Rs.8000/-

Qualification:

* Ph.D degree in any of the relevant subject and consistently string academic record throughout.

* For Assistant Professor, 3 years’ post doctoral research, preferably including some teaching. For Associate Professor and Associate Professor, respectively, in an academic institution of repute. Applicants for the position of Associate Professor and Professor must have proven records of outstanding academic leadership and research guidance.
