HCBL Bank Jobs 2011 – Managers / Executives Lucknow

Hindustan Co-Operative Bank Limited (HCBL Bank) requires candidates for the following post:

1) Branch Manager
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate (C.A/C.A.Inter/C.A.I.I.B/JA.I.I.B preferred)
Minimum Experience: 3-5 yrs of experience in bank in the capacity of Branch Manager, should possess a good knowledge of all banking operational work with good leadership and marketing skills.
Job Location: Raebarelli, Unnao, Sitapur and Barabanki

2) Operations Executive/Manager
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate (C.A/C.A.Inter/C.S.Inter/M.B.A/C.A.I.I.B./J.A.I.I.B. preferred)
Minimum Experience: 2-5 yrs of experience of all banking operational work/handling cash/clearing.
Job Location: Raebarelli, Unnao, Sitapur and Barabanki

3) Marketing Executive/Manager
An energetic and young person with good knowledge of all banking products, CASA deposit, having knowledge of third party businesses viz. Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Fund etc., and determined to achieve targets and work as team/team leader.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/M.B.A.
Minimum Experience : 2-3 yrs of experience in sale of all banking products (CASA) and other financial products.

4) Law Manager
Minimum Qualification: L.L.BA.L.M. with previous practice experience.
Minimum Experience: 2-3 yrs of practicing experience.

5) Secretarial Executive
Minimum Qualification: M.Com with good command over English (in both reading and writing)
Job Location: Lucknow
6) Retainers / Bank Guardians
Persons retired from banking industry from Manager cadre having experience and knowledge of all banking operations and advance portfolio and between the age group of 60-65 years, willing to work as retainers/guardians at branch level.
7) HR Manager
Having Experience of Human Management and relevant laws.
Person having experience of banking H.R. shall be preferred.
Minimum Qualification: Degree in H.R. Management/M.B.A.(H.R.)
Minimum Experience: 7 years of experience in Human Resource.

General Requirements
1. All candidates should possess Computer knowledge preferably a one year Diploma in Computer Application.
2. Salary will be as per banking norms and will not be a constraint for suitable candidates.
3. Local residents of above mentioned locations will be preferred. Candidates must be ready to relocate in future, if required.
4. The selected candidates will be required to sign a bond for the period of two years and an indemnity equivalent to six month salary in shape of bank FDR will be required to be kept lien marked with the bank. This clause will not be applicable for appointment of Retainers.
