• Minimum of 6 years experience, preferably 4 years of relevant experience in financial product/Home Loans sales.
• Aggressive Team Player.
• Strong leadership quality.
• Ability to build a Team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate should be currently handling a team size of around 3-4 sales managers and around 30 FOS.
• Candidate currently handling Branch Banking channel ( Home Loans Cross sell thru the Branches) or Handling Direct Sales Team would be given priority.
