Key Job Deliverable:
To carry out Operational work of Retail Assets Centers from PAN India i.e. after disbursement of Home Loan / and other financial products.
Verifying & Scrutinizing the documents of HOME LOAN / other retail products sent by Retail Assets Centers in respective Files & Dockets.
Checking eligibility of customer, KYC, Bank statement, Income and all other related documents.
Checking Legal Report and Technical Report and various field investigation reports.
Checking Loan to Value, amount disbursed cheque favoring, own contribution of the Borrower, System entry, etc. Verify authentication of approvals and deviations.
Preparing fortnightly reports and analysis of all the errors and other observation.
Updating details of documents provided by the customer in system.

10 + 2, Graduates not required.
2 – 6 years of relevant sales experience.
