Recruitments in IDBI Bank are strictly through open competition and IDBI Bank Ltd. has not hired the services of any agency or individual to recruit personnel on its behalf or collect any money/commission/charges for training, etc.
IDBI Bank Ltd. invites applications to fill up the backlog vacancies mentioned below from Indian citizens belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) – Non creamy layer and Persons With Disabilities (PWD) at the Bank's offices in India.
Assistant Manager Gr. A : 880 posts (Risk-6, Audit-10, Branch Operations-12).
Age : 28 years. Relaxation in age as per Govt. rules
Qualification : Graduate with 55% marks (60% for OBC and PWD - General candidates)
Manager Gr. B : 104 posts
Age : 32 years. Relaxation is age as per Govt. rules.
Qualification : Graduate, Professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, CAIIB would be preferred, Experience : 4 years in a commercial bank.
Assistant General Manager Gr. C : 83 posts
Age : 37 years. Relaxation is age as per Govt. rules.
Qualification : Graduate, Professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, CAIIB would be preferred, Experience : 8 years in a commercial bank.
Application Fee : Rs.400/- (Rs.75/- for SC/ST/PWD/ Ex-Serviceman) payable by cash at any IDBI Bank branches or SBI though Challans between 25/05/09 to 08/06/09 only. These challans has to be downloaded from the website only. Those who deposite in SBI will have to pay Rs.50 more.

The selection process for all the posts will comprise a Written Test (WT) and andidates, who are successful in the WT will be called for a Personal Interview (PI).

Jaipur, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna and Shimla.
