The recruitment for jobs in State Bank of India (SBI) have always created excitement among those interested in bank jobs.If you are one among them – SBI planning to recruit 6000+ clerks by early October 2010 could be great news !SBI Clerk Jobs: As per sources to www.bankexamsindia.com, SBI is expected to announce recruitment of over 6000 clerical positions for its 6 associate banks.The online application process might begin in the month of October 2010;written test could be held during January 2011.The SBI results for a similar recruitment(11000 clerks) conducted last year, is also expected during the end of September.
Associate Banks: State Bank of India has 6 associate banks - State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Indore, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala & State Bank of Travancore.It is also said that the number of vacancies in those particular states would also be high.
During the SBI recruitment of 11,000 clerks, reports suggested that nearly 36 lakh applications were received.Will this recruitment of SBI Associate banks surpass that figure? - we would be able to determine the response once the registration starts.
